Guiding smarter interactions with Cincom Synchrony

Randy Sanders, Program Director of Synchrony explains how Cincom helps its clients work in a multi-channel selling environment. The solution ties in neatly with the IBM Smarter Commerce solutions. Where IBM Unica can track across personalized offers, web channels and email, Cincom Synchrony pulls in other channels such as face-to-face, the call center or self-serve environment.

Given their inclusion of the IBM stack into their solutions, Cincom is one of the partners that has been enabled on IBM Puresystems.
