I don’t normally cover the use of internal blogs but this post is particularly interesting on the subject of where blogs can work better than email in the context of project management. Get around all those CC’ed messages and use the article/comment metaphor instead.
My question: could a Wiki/blog hybrid work even better, where the comments can be incorporated into the source text?
