The big forehead that is Seth Godin has written one of his short pithy posts on internal blogging. Go for it, is essentially what he says. Do it for your own benefit and see what you have after a year.

I’ve always thought that blogs could work well in the knowledge management space. Long before I started using Evernote to keep track of tasks and useful information. Sorry not to be controversial, but I’m with you, Seth.
